Happy New Year to All Our Friends of the Spectrum Center!
We are so excited and grateful to start the new year having been awarded a Cyber Center from the David Bohnett Foundation. This will certainly allow us to do our work efficiently and effectively. Given our recent organizational change that includes student team leads and student work groups, culminating in about 80 active volunteers, this is one of the most helpful things for which we could have asked. This coming semester, we also celebrate the life of Martin Luther King Jr. and hope that everyone will use this time to attend, reflect and contribute to living a life of social justice and inclusion. This coming semester will include our usual education and training programs, My Voice panels, mentorship opportunities and leadership programs, Spring Pride, and Lavender Graduation.
