Closets Are For Clothes at WCBN-FM in Ann Arbor
My name is David Meitzler and I'm an Eastern Michigan University music student and current host of Closets Are For Clothes at WCBN-FM in Ann Arbor.
I am doing a search for people who are interested in hosting the Closets Are For Clothes radio program at WCBN. It is a long standing weekly program and part of the station's public affairs programming schedule. It has had many contributors over the years. I'm looking for two or three people who might be interested in getting started in acting in a supervisory role. The position is entirely voluntary, pays nothing, and requires a sense of responsibility, skills in communication, organization, etc.
MP3s of the show are available for listen at: http://beanball.wcbn.org/rss/Closets_Are_For_Clothes/- the best shows to hear to get an idea of the style are the ones starting in May 2009 to present. It's a terrific platform for gaining broadcast experience and community involvement.
I hope to have someone take over by the end of August otherwise the show will probably have to go off the air.
